  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Succession Plans Without Successors Report

View a list of succession plans without designated successors.

The jobs shown on this report are currently without successors. Jobs are listed by Location, Company/Division, Job Title, Job ID, Organizational Impact, and the Executive Nameresponsible for creating the succession plan. Participants who are nominated for a succession plan are put in a Talent Pool until approved by the plan owner. The Talent Pool column displays a Yes or No to indicate if there are participants awaiting approval.

The report can be downloaded in CSV, PDF, or XLS format by clicking the appropriate button. Return to the list of reports by clicking Reports from the More Options menu.
